Sourcing

For more than 50 years, we’ve been on a quest for the finest coffee beans, sourcing directly from their origins. Here, Arabica and Robusta plants are nurtured and meticulously tested to ensure exceptional quality.
Before acquiring green coffee, each sample undergoes rigorous tasting at our Cagliari facility. Only those meeting our quality standards earn our approval.

Roasting

The roasting stage stands as the most delicate phase of our entire production process as it holds the responsibility of shaping the aroma and taste. With roasting occurring weekly, we ensure a product that is consistently fresh, embodying the essence of our commitment to quality.
Upon arrival at our site, green coffee beans within jute bags or wooden barrels are carefully housed and sorted by their origin and awaiting the roasting process.
Our state-of-the-art hot air roasting system ensures control, consistency, and precision at every stage. Moreover, our integrated abatement system ensures minimal emission levels, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.

Blending

The art of blending coffee is a cornerstone of our production process, where tradition and expertise intertwine.
Each blend is carefully curated to enhance the aroma and taste of distinct origins, resulting in a balanced and consistently high-quality product.

Packaging

During the packaging phase, we ensure the preservation of our product’s quality beyond our site. Roasted coffee beans are packaged in a protective atmosphere, while ground coffee is vacuum-sealed with an aroma-saving cap, safeguarding its freshness and flavour until it reaches you.

At this precise moment, time seems to stand still. Our packaging method preserves the essence of freshly roasted coffee, allowing you to enjoy its rich flavour as if it were just roasted.
